Changing Lives in the Outdoors

Mirai no Mori’s annual Winter Fundraiser will be held on Dec. 17 at Harajuku Quest Hall in Tokyo. Mirai no Mori is a not-for-profit organization that has been creating life-changing outdoor programs for abused, neglected, and orphaned youths in Japan since 2011. By giving to Mirai no Mori you are supporting the growth of Japan’s marginalized youth into happy and successful young adults.

Guests who join the dinner and raffle will have a chance to bid on signed Rugby World Cup jerseys, a hiking experience with Marin Minamiya, the world’s youngest person to complete the Explorer’s Grand Slam (the 7 Summits plus the North and South Pole) and more. Some jerseys will be on online auction prior to the winter party, so stay updated via the Mirai no Mori website for details. There will be live performances by the Sibling Chorus dance group Bless 4 and a roast beef dinner.

Joining the Winter Party is ¥5,000 per person with proceeds going toward the Mirai no Mori Winter Camp program. To register, please visit mirai-no-mori.jp
