価格の詳細 Rates differ depending on your choice of plan. Please allow for tax and transportation surcharge. Basic Cleaning Services Offered: * Room cleaning, Bed making * Kitchen Cleaning * Laundry * Bathroom / Shower * Toilet * Garbage Takeout * Bed Cleaning, Changing Linen * Dusting * Shoe shining, basic everyday chores ** Please note, we do not offer life services (picking up the elderly, children, food, looking after the pet), food preparations, work in high places, specialist/trades work, or moving heavy objects.

  - Monday to Saturday, once per week. *Overtime charged at 1,000yen per 30 minutes. 150 yen per hour extra charge for Saturdays. The minimum contract period is 1 month. 1LDK – 2LDK: 2 hrs from 5,500 yen 2LDK – 3LDK: 2.5 hrs from 6,500 yen 3LDK – House: 3 hrs from 7,500 yen The A plan includes basic home cleaning services. キャンセルポリシー Terms and Conditions Terms of the contract are negotiated on the first consultation, and must be agreed and signed with money paid upfront before services commence. If for some unforeseen reason you need to cancel a pre-booked service, contact M & H Housekeeping at least 48 hours in advance to re-schedule. Contracts are non-refundable, however in special circumstances a partial refund will be considered. Contact M & H Housekeeping for more details.
